A 5-element/5-group short telephoto that acts as the portrait lens of the 645 set, roughly a 93mm equivalent on the native frame. Rendering is smooth with modest contrast and tidy out-of-focus backgrounds; close focus is a long 1.5 m, so diopters or extension tubes are often used for tight inserts. The N version has a built-in sliding hood.

What it goes on

63.3mm flange allows glassless adaptation to EF, PL-type and mirrorless mounts, with manual iris on the lens. On a 0.7x reducer it becomes roughly a 105mm f/2.5 on full frame. Shares the 58mm thread with the 55mm and 80mm f/2.8.
