The widest commonly adapted manual 645 prime, a 9-element/7-group retrofocus design that behaves like a roughly 22mm lens on the native 6x4.5 frame. On full-frame or LF sensors it has image circle to spare, so corners stay clean and vignetting is low, with softer contrast and more flare than modern cine wides. Filmmakers use it as the wide end of a cheap matched Mamiya set for Alexa LF, RED VV and GFX.

What it goes on

The 63.3mm M645 flange leaves room for glassless adapters to EF, PL-style and every mirrorless mount; the manual aperture ring works on dumb adapters. On a Kipon Baveyes 0.7x reducer it becomes roughly a 24.5mm f/2.5 on full frame; the 77mm front differs from the 58/67mm of the rest of the set, so plan step rings or a clamp-on matte box.
