What it goes on

OM has a 46 mm flange, so it adapts without glass to Canon EF as well as to every mirrorless mount. The aperture ring is at the front of the barrel and the focus ring behind it, the reverse of most stills lenses, which takes some getting used to with a follow focus. Reported to fit Metabones Speed Boosters, including the Ultra.
